Donegal minorsDonegal are through to their first ever All-Ireland Minor Football Championship final having edged out Dublin by a point in an excellent semifinal at Croke Park.

Late scores from Stephen McBrearty, and sub Ethan O’Donnell saw them see off a stern Dubs challenge.

Donegal minor manager Declan Bonner hailed his teams one point, 1-12 to 1-11 All- Ireland minor semi-final victory over Dublin as a great day for Donegal football.

The 1992 All-Ireland winner who had just guided his charges into a first All-Ireland Minor final also described the victory as a great test of charachter of his young guns who will now face Kerry, in the All-Ireland final, in three week’s time:
