Cockhill Celtic retained the Ulster Senior League title as they beat Letterkenny Rovers 3-2 at Leck View Park.
This win ensured that they lifted the trophy with one game still to play, against second placed Derry City Reserves.
Rovers took the lead through David Sholvin before Garbhan Friel equalised with a penalty for Cockhill.
Darren McElwaine then restored Rovers’ advantage, also from the spot, as they led 2-1 at the break.
But Friel got to keep the match ball as he added two more in the second half to secure victory for Cockhill.
Afterwards, Cockhill manager Donal O’Brien gave his reaction to Chris McNulty….
