PARC welcome confirmation of tougher legislation for “L” drivers

LearnerThe Donegal Road Safety group PARC has welcomed confirmation today that L plate drivers will face penalty points and a fine if they are caught driving unaccompanied.
New drivers will then have to display an ‘N’ plate for two years once they get their full licence, and will face restrictions on some areas of driving.
