22-year-old man who died in St Johnston tragedy named locally as Oisin Crawford

oisincrawfordA 22-year-old man has died and four others have been taken to hospital following a house party in St.Johnston.
A second man is in a critical condition.
22-year-old Oisin Crawford was found dead in a flat at Main Street, in the village of St Johnston, in the early hours of this morning.
Four people were taken to hospital, an 18-year-old woman and three men aged 18, 22 and 25. One of the men is in a critical condition.
Ambulances and Gardaí were called to the scene in the early hours of this morning.
It’s understood they were alerted after a ‘999’ call at 4.30am.
Meanwhile the HSE have issued a statement in wake of the St Johnston tragedy, warning people to stay away from substances including an ecstasy like substance known as Double Cross or Double Black.
It is advising people not to take these substances and said that people who take drugs “should be specifically warned of potential dangers linked to these substances or using drugs in combination” and said it is important that anyone displaying negative side effects following the use of drugs seek medical help immediately.
