All new Donegal Team to take part in Ras Ireland this Sunday.

colleen_granaghan__ronan_most_competitive_awardIreland’s number one cycling event, the annual eight day Rás race around Ireland, starts on Sunday, and runs until May 25th.
An all-new Donegal team made up of five talented Donegal cyclists will be starting the event which begins in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.
Highland Radio’s Oisin Kelly spoke with Donegal team member and Rás regular, Ronan McLaughlin about the event, the team’s hopes, and the development of cycling in the county.
Note: Since this piece was recorded, Conor McElwaine from Letterkenny
has had top pull out due to a hand injury and will be replaced by John
Lynch of Wicklow.
