Residents of Lifford estate plagued by sewerage to hold public meeting

sewerageResidents of a Lifford housing estate, which has been plagued by overflowing sewerage, are to hold a public meeting tomorrow evening.
A stream of foul smelling sewage water has streamed down Hazelwood Drive onto the main Lifford to Letterkenny Road for six and a half years now.
Donegal County Council have told residents in the past that their hands are tied, as they do not own the estate.
Now residents have organised a meeting for the Old Courthouse in Lifford tomorrow evening at 830.
Organiser, Deboarah Hannigan says residents want to be given a date for when the problem will be resolved before the local elections:
