20,335 on the Live Register in Donegal last month

The number signing on the Live Register in Donegal fell by 2.5% last month, but remains above 20,000.
There were 20,335 signing on at the end of April, 527 down on the March figure, and 512 down on April 2012.
The office in Donegal Town was the only one to register a year on year increase, Letterkenny stayed static, and all other offices say their numbers fall.
There were 1,404 people on the Live Register in Donegal Town at the end of April, up just over 5% on last year, while Letterkenny registered no change with 5,844 signing on.
The biggest percentage fall was registered in Killybegs, with 1,197 people on the register, down just over 6%, while a 5.9% fall was recorded in Buncrana with 4,212 signing on.
There were 1,502 signing on in Dunfanaghy, down 5%, and 2,070 in Dungloe, down 4.7%.
There were 2,598 people on the register in Ballybofey and 1,508 in Ballyshannon, both down 1% on April 2012.
