3,300 euro raised for robbery victim Margaret Lilly

In excess of 3,000 euro has been raised for 96-year-old Margaret Lilly who was attacked and robbed in her home in Buncrana.
On January 6th raiders entered Ms Lilly’s home and stole a considerable amount of money which was to be spent on new windows.
Ms Lilly was in hospital for a week as a result of the ordeal.
Buncrana Town Councillor Ciaran McLaughlin started a fund at the local Credit Union and now a cheque for 3,300 euro has been given to Ms Lilly.
Councillor McLaughlin says they are delighted with the response:
