Legal action launched to force cross-border Omagh inquiry

Relatives of the Omagh bomb victims are launching legal action in a bid to force Michael Gallagherthe Irish and British governments into granting a full scale cross-border inquiry.

They are planning High Court applications in Belfast and Dublin seeking leave to apply for a judicial review.

The announcement followed a meeting yesterday with the Northern Ireland Secretary of State Theresa Villiers.
