Raphoe Hockey Club won the Ulster Senior League Section One title on Saturday, thanks to a 10 – 1 hammering of Armagh.
Donegal’s only Hockey club who won the Lindin Cup at the start of the year have also secured promotion into the Premier Division, the top flight of Ulster hockey.
With three games still to play in the competition, Raphoe made sure the league crown was coming to the county with four goals from George Patterson, two from Gavin Lecky and Paul Stewart plus one each from Matthew Lecky and Keith Meehan.
