Cant Pay Wont Pay want an apology from organisers of Sligo rally

Campaigners from the Cant Pay Wont Pay Group have claimed that they were harassed by stewards and Gardai at an anti-austerity protest in Sligo over the weekend.
In a statement released this morning the group have voiced their anger and their disappointment at the way they were treated at Saturdays march.
Up to 6,500 people took part in the march in Sligo as part of the ‘Lift the Burden’ protest which was organised by the Irish Congress of Trade Unions.
Spokesperson for Cant Pay Wont Pay, Francis McCafferty has called on the organisers of the protest to apologise….
