EU budget ‘good for the northwest’

North West MEP Pat The Cope Gallagher says initial indications are that the EU budget agreed last evening is a good one for the North West.
It makes provision for 100 million euro more for the BMW region than had initially been proposed, although it is still 100 million down on the previous allocation.
