There are concerns that Derry will not be able to accommodate large crowds expected to converge on the city this Summer.
Radio 1’s Big Weekend will be held in the city on the last weekend of May, while a three-day international peace forum is also to be held in the city that weekend.
And the All Ireland Fleadh will be in Derry from 12-18 September.
It’s understood all city centre hotels in Derry for these events are fully booked.
