Five people arrested in seperate incidents in Bridgend and Moville

Three juveniles have been arrested after they attempted to steal a quantity of copper wire from an Eircom yard in Bridgend early this morning.
A Garda Patrol car was rammed as the three tried to make their getaway, and two members of the Gardai have been treated for minor injuries.
Two of the young men are being held at Buncrana Garda Station and are due to appear before Letterkenny District Court in the morning.
The third man is receiving medical treatment at Letterkenny General Hospital.
His condition is not thought to be life-threatening.

Also in the county, two people have been arrested in Moville after being discovered in an unoccupied house in the town.
The two, a man in his 30s and a woman in her 20s were taken to Buncrana Garda Station and will appear before Letterkenny District Court tomorrow.
