A support group which has been launched in Gortahork for the victims of clerical sex abuse says it will offer legal advice as well as other support.
Embrace was launched in Gortahork on Thursday night by two survivors of abuse and former garda detective Martin Ridge, author of the book ‘Breaking the Silence’.
A huge crowd attended what was at times a very emotional and highly charged meeting, at which many people spoke about the abuse they suffered for the first time.
