39-year-old man killed in car crash named

The 39 year old man killed in a traffic accident yesterday morning has been named as Packie Gildea.
At approximately 8.50am Mr Gildea was seriously injured when the car he was driving collided with a wall.
He was taken by ambulance to Letterkenny General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A post mortem will be carried out on the victim this morning before removal tomorrow.
His funeral will take place this Friday at 1030am.
