Another unfinished housing estate in Donegal is facing losing its water supply due to an unpaid electricity bill.
Airtricity says it is forced to charge the residents of the estate as it can no longer pursue the contractor who built the estate and installed the pump.
The residents say they are caught in a catch 22 situation as the contractor is not finishing the estate and it can’t be taken over by the council until it is up to a certain level of completion.
