Councillor Ian McGarvey has received council backing for his calls for public toilet facilities in Rathmullen.
The Councillor pointed out at the weekend that there are currently no public toilets in the seaside town, despite 63,000 tourists visiting the Rathmullan last year.
Portaloos are in place near the beach, but it was highlighted at the Council meeting that these were not wheelchair friendly.
