A moratorium should be imposed on all fracking, that’s the demand from the Independent MEP Marian Harkin.
She says EU states should not allow any more fracking until all of the environmental protection laws are fully in place as the damage caused by it could be detrimental.
MEPs this week voted in Parliament for robust regulatory regimes governing fracking.
