Cllr Jack Murray urged council here not to follow path of Mayo County Council

Three people have appeared in court in Mayo – over their failure to pay the household charge.
The property owners are the first people to be prosecuted in connection with the controversial tax.
The three – a man and a couple from Westport – were in court in respect of their ownership of multiple units.
The Irish Times reports that Mayo County Council has issued eight summonses relating to 25 properties where charges haven’t been paid.
Meanwhile, Donegal County Cllr Jack Murray says Donegal County Council must not go down the same path….
