RSA urge safety first during Halloween night

Parents are being reminded to think 'safety first' this Halloween.

Children all around the country are preparing to dress up in costumes and go trick-or-treating later.

But the Road Safety Authority wants to ensure the fun doesn't stop once darkness falls.
