Donegal County Council are refuting claims from a number of Councillors that they are bankrupt.
After this weeks monthly Council meeting, Sinn Fein Cllr Mick Quinn claimed that there is a lack of clear information on the council’s finances and he said that the council was bankrupt.
Independent Cllr John Campbell backed Cllr Quinns claims.
But speaking today, Director of Finance with Donegal County Council, Gary Martin, says these claims are incorrect and the council is not bankrupt…..
