Donegal Deputy shocked at discrimination against Irish in Australia

A Donegal Deputy says he was shocked to learn that Irish people are being discriminated against in Australia.
Pearse Doherty, who recently returned from a visit to Australia, says he has been told that in some cases job adverts carry a disclaimer ‘ Irish need not apply’.
He says there are also reports that some accommodation suppliers will not entertain enquiries from Irish people.
