A Donegal TD and Senator have clashed over the cost of administering the Household Charge.
Donegal South West Deputy Thomas Pringle has hit out at the Local Government Management Agency after it emerged that over €7 million euro collected through the household charge has been used to finance the agency this year.
However, Senator Jimy Harte says one of the main reasons for the increased costs of running the LGMA is the non-payment campaign being supported by Deputy Pringle.
He says Deputy Pringle and others in the non-payment campaign cannot have it both ways……..
