Fire at site of new education campus in Derry

Police in Derry are investigating the cause of a fire at the former Clooney Army base on the Waterside.
The fire was spotted in derelict portable buildings on the Limavady Road site just before 8 o’clock last night, with four appliances and almost 20 firefighters called to the site.
The former army base has been earmarked as the site of the new Foyle College and Ebrington Primary School.
