Arranmore Island welcomes an unusual visitor

A Snowy Owl has made its home on Arranmore, for the time being at least.
A Highland Radio Listener spotted the creature last week far away from its normal home in the Arctic.
It is the second time a Snowy Owl has made Arranmore its home.
Experts say, if not disturbed by humans, the bird could stay for up to a year and may return in the future as there is a plentiful supply of food.
