The Deputy Mayor of Derry says she was shocked and disturbed to find this week that her family grave in Donegal has been vandalised.
Cllr Mary Hamilton is a native of Lifford, and this week she discovered that her family grave at Clonleigh Parish Church had been attacked.
The church has been in the news following a series of attacks in recent weeks, and a community meeting to discuss these attacks takes place in Lifford tomorrow.
Young people who use an area near the church as a drinking den are being blamed, Cllr Hamilton says she’d like to meet them and ask why………….
