Defence lawyers in the trial of two men accused of murdering Michaela McAreavey won’t press the issue of CCTV footage of a couple arguing.
Prosecution and police disputed that the footage was of the McAreaveys, saying it was a German couple also staying at the Legends Hotel.
The German couple came forward in recent days to confirm that they were the ones in the footage shown in court in Mauritius on Friday.
