Six Donegal inclusions on latest Revenue defaulters list.

The biggest settlement announced by the revenue commissioners yesterday was with Donegal company O'Shea Fishing Company Ltd. of Fintra Rd, Killybegs, which agreed a settlement of just under 3.4 million euro for Underdeclaration of Corporation Tax and PAYE/PRSI, as well as a revenue Offshore Assets Investigation Case.

Beautician Shannagh Cassidy, of Admiran, Stranorlar, reached a settlement of just over €155,000 for underdeclaration of Income Tax, a Revenue Bogus Non Resident Account, Offshore Assets Investigation and Single Premium Insurance Product Investigation.

Ballindrait bookmaker Rodney Porter reached a settlement of just under €120,000 for underdeclaration of Income Tax, PAYE/PRSI and VAT. Revenue Audit Case.

In other Donegal cases, retired publican Seamus Bonner of Knock, Ballybofey reached a settlement of €90,000, haulier Gavin Mc Nulty of Shore Lane, St Johnston reached a settlement of just over €62,000 and businessman Brian Feda O'Donnell of Ranafast reached a settlement of just over €38,000.
