GAA – Kavanagh Injury Concern For Derry Clash

There are fresh concerns over the fitness of Donegal’s Rory Kavanagh after the St Eunan’s man sustained an ankle injury in his sides victory over Ardara on Sunday.

Despite starting brightly, Kavanagh was forced off in the early stages of the encounter and now the injury casts a major doubt over his chances of facingDerryin the Ulster Championship on June 16.

He will have a scan on his ankle over the coming days to determine the seriousness of the injury.

If ruled out, Kavanaghs absence would be a major blow to the county in their quest to retain the Ulster Championship.
