Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn has been blocked this evening from raising the plight of Highland bakery staff in the Dail.
He was seeking to raise the matter after today's stand-off between staff and officials working on behalf of the Revenue Commissioners.
The stand-off began this morning when agents acting on behalf of Revenue arrived at the premises to remove machinery - staff closed doors and shutters preventing their entry.
The plant at Killyclug employs 28 full time staff, with another 15 staff working on delivery - there is a great deal of concern over the future of the jobs.
Deputy Mac Lochlainn tried to raise the issue this evening in the Dail but was stopped from doing so by the Ceann Comhairle:
