21-year-old appears in court charged with stabbing woman in Milford

A 21 year old man has appeared in court charged in connection with stabbing a 19-year-old woman in Milford last night.
Damien McGeehan, from Loughanure, appeared at Buncrana District Court this afternoon.
McGeehan was remanded on bail of 500 euro to appear at Falcarragh District Court on Wednesday next.
The accused was ordered by District Judge Paul Kelly to stay away from 5 Lough Road and to have no contact, either directly or indirectly, with the injured party.
The victim is recovering in Letterkenny Hospital.
