Letterkenny man is new president of the Union of Students in Ireland

A Letterkenny man has been elected President of the Union of Students in Ireland.

23 year old John Logue, a UCD law graduate will take up office on July 1st.

He is a former USI Eastern Area Officer.

Mr Logue has stated he is in favour of campaigning for a graduate tax, rather than continuing USI’s current fight for free fees.
