Kildrum Tigers progressed into round 2 of the FAI Senior Cup on Sunday thanks to a 1-0 win over Clonmel. Cormac Carlin was the hero for the Ulster Senior League side, he scored the only goal of the game on the 49th minute. The Tigers will join fellow USL side Drumkeen Utd who got a 1st rd bye and all the clubs from the League of Ireland in the 2nd round draw which will take place at the end of April.
Kildrum Tigers Manager Raymond Mc Daid was impressed with his sides win on Sunday.
