Michael Murphy is now believed to be doubtful for Donegal’s relegation encounter with Armagh on Easter Sunday. Murphy is to undergo surgery on the knee injury he sustained in Saturday’s league defeat to Dublin. He underwent a scan at the Santry Sports Clinic on Monday and it has shown that the injury is more serious than initially feared. With just over a week to the clash with Armagh time is against the star forward in his race to be fit for the match at MacCumhaill Park on Sunday week next.
