An Australian bus company is encouraging Irish bus drivers to move down under, with the Letterkenny based Swilly Group winning the contract to supply them.
Ventura - which operates the public transport system in Melbourne - wants to lure Irish workers because of their driving skills - and their charm.
The company says it has some Irish drivers already and they are known for being courteous with customers.
They're offering a 48 thousand euro salary and say they have around 100 vacancies.
