Five Donegal schools to be included in prefab replacement programme

Five schools in Donegal are to be offered the chance to replace prefabs with permanent accomodation as part of a €35 million programme covering 200 schools.

The list to be announced by Minister Ruairi Quinn this afternoon includes four national schools and one secondary school in Donegal.

The national schools are Annagry National School, Woodlands School in Letterkenny, St Patrick's Girls National School in Carndonagh and Niall Mor National School in Killybegs.

The secondary school is Crana College in Buncrana, which is currently involved in discussions on a new education campus in Buncrana.
