Andrew Allen murder to feature on RTE’s “Crimecall” tonight

The garda investigation into the killing of Derry native Andrew Allen outside Buncrana almost three weeks ago is to feature on RTE’s Crimecall programme tonight.
On the night of Thursday February 9th, shots were fired through the bedroom window of his home at Links View Park in Lisfannon. The group known as Republican Action Against Drugs subsequently claimed responsibility.
A reconstruction will be carried out, and gardai will be attempting to trace the movements of cars used by his attackers.
Shortly after the attack, a silver Vauxhall Cavalier hatchback, registration number SJI 2117, was found burned out near Fahan.
At a press conference the following day, Superintendent Kevin English said gardai are anxious to get any detail they can on the second vehicle the attackers must have used……..

The Crimecall programme will go out on RTE1 television at 10.15 tonight.
