HSE defends Lifford Hospital closure proposal

The HSE is defending the proposal to close Lifford Community Hospital, saying the level of staff cuts being imposed on the service in Donegal locally means the hospital is no longer sustainable.
Staff and patients are expressing dismay at the proposal.
