Man cleared of murdering teenager in bar on Arranmore Island

A 41-year-old man has been cleared of murdering a teenager, who he killed with a broken glass in a bar on Arranmore Island.
Stephen Boyle with an address at Cambridge Road, Kilburn Park in London was convicted by a jury of the manslaughter of 19-year-old Paul Boyle at Early’s Bar in October 2009.
He admitted the killing but his lawyers argued at his trial that he suffers from a mental disorder.
He will be sentenced at the Central Criminal Court on March 12th.
