No foul play suspected in Donegal fisherman’s death

Police in the Scottish Highlands are continuing their investigations into the death of a Donegal fisherman whose body was recovered from Ullapool Harbour on St Stephen’s Day. However, they do not suspect foul play.
The search began on Monday after it emerged that  Philip Anthony Toland from Glengad hadn’t been seen since Christmas Day.
His body was recovered by members of the Grampian Police Dive Team.
Police believe the 34 year old, who had been working in Scotland,  may lost his footing and fallen into the water as he returned to his boat.
Mr Toland, a father of one, was a former captain of the Glengad United football team.
