People are working “flat out” to resolve A5 impasse – Mc Guinness

The North’s Deputy First Minister says people are working “flat out” to proceed with the A5 upgrade linking Aughnacloy and Derry.
The Irish Government last week said it could no longer honour a commitment to provide 400 million pounds over the next five years to fund half the project.
Instead just 50 million is now promised in two installments in 2015 and 2016.
The issue’s being discussed at today’s North-South Ministerial Council meeting in Armagh and Martin McGuinness says he hopes progress can be made………..
