The New York State American Irish Legislators Society has been visiting Donegal as part of a one week Irish trip.
County Mayor Noel Mc Bride met with the group in Letterkenny today, saying it was a very good exchange.
The society was founded in 1973 and raises money for educational and cultural Irish programs.
Cllr Mc Bride says with several senior politicians in the gathering, important links were forged………
