The operator of one of Donegal’s privately run speed camera vans says that negative reports of their actions are putting their well being in Danger.
It follows a report in the Inishowen Independent under headline ‘Speed Cameras target Nowdoc’
The reports states that a Nowdoc member was caught speeding by a camera van while responding to an emergency – he received a fine and penalty points.
Tom works for ‘Gosafe’ which operates the speed cameras, he says that if the person in question had an issue with the issue of penalty points, then they should have appealed:
