Donegal Senator Brian O’Domhnaill says the public service recruitment embargo is hampering the ability of Udaras na Gaeltachta to promote jobs.
He days there are a number of vacancies, including the Donegal basded Regional Manager and the national CEO.
Senator O’Domhnaill says the Udaras board should be allowed recruit key personnel, as continuity is needed, and that’s not the case at present.
However, he’s not confident of a positive government response…………….
