Donegal North-East Deputy, Joe McHugh has called for the public services to be pooled on both sides of the border where possible.
Deputy McHugh, who is co-chairperson of the British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly, will raise the issue when he addresses the Conservative Party conference in Manchester this morning.
The Fine Gael TD says that at a time of such economic difficulty, it makes sense for the Republic and the North to pool resources and share services……
