A former mayor of Donegal says the government and NRA are treating Donegal with contempt after it emerged that several National and Secondary Road projects are being shelved because of a lack of funds.
Cllr Cora Harvey says neither the government nor the NRA has informed Donegal County Council of the situation, and the council will be seeking urgent meetings to clarifiy the situation.
She’s hitting out at Minister Leo Varadker, saying he had no problem funding a major project in his own constituency, while scrapping vital projects in Donegal………….
