Donegal farmers welcome “frank exchange” with minister

The IFA 's Donegal Chairperson says Agriculture Minister Simon Coveney is a man with whom the IFA can do business.

PJ Mc Monagle was speaking after a meeting with the minister at the weekend.

He says they had a frank exchange of views, and there's more talking to come..........
