PSNI investigate Derry fire

Police on Derry’s Waterside are investigating the cause of a fire which broke out at a house in Mimosa Court shortly before 11 o’clock last night.
Two people were in the house at the time, but had left before the time the fire and rescue service got there
A number of adjoining houses were evacuated, but while five properties were affected by smoke,  the fire was contained and did not spread.
