Cockhill Celtic have been rewarded with a home match against holders, Sligo Rovers, in the second round of the EA SPORTS Cup after their first round heroics. Cockhill Celtic, playing in the Ulster Senior League shocked Galway United of the League of Ireland in the first round of the competition. The Inishowen side travelled to Terryland Park and defeated Galway 3-1 on Monday night last. Paul McKinney scored a hat-trick for them. Derry City will meet Mervue United in the other second round game in pool 2. Games are to be played on Monday 25th April.
